Product Features
This module is a module that converts a TTL signal into a CAN signal. The serial port is used as the interface of the embedded system, the data transmission is simple, there is no need to learn the CAN protocol, the development cycle is shortened, and the development cost is reduced. The module is compatible with 3.3V, 5V power supply, and the small area is semi-hole technology, which is easier to embed in the system.
The module is equipped with a 32-bit ARM processor and a CAN level shifting chip. 14 sets of masking filters, each with five frame filtering methods. The parameter is set to the AT command setting mode, the command is simple and concise, and there are only 6 instructions. A wider baud rate range is more adaptable to the network.

Instructions for Use
The serial port of this module is TTL 3.3V signal, which cannot be connected with 232 signal! If you want to interface with a 5V system, it is best to have a 5V to 3.3V circuit.
The module has a status indicator that is 1 Hz when in communication mode and 5 Hz when in configuration mode.

Pin Description
Converter Module
5V: Connect 5V power supply
3.3V: Connect to 3.3V power supply
GND: power ground
CFG: Configuration pin, 0 is the configuration mode, 1 is the working mode.
TXD: Connect the RXD pin of the target board
RXD: Connect the TXD pin of the target board
CANL: CANL signal line connected to CAN network
CANH: CANH signal line connecting CAN network


Restore default parameter function method
Method 1:
First pull the CFG pin of the module low, and then pull down the module's indicator light to flash at 5Hz. Then open the parameter setting software, configure the baud rate of the serial port, and then click the button to read the parameters successfully, then click the button. When all parameters are read again, the parameters will all be restored to the values in the above table. The serial port baud rate is 115200 at the factory. If it has been changed and is forgotten, it can only be recovered by Method 2.

Method 2:
This method can only be used if Method 1 fails. Power off first, short the RT interface on the module (as shown below), and then power on again. The RT interface cannot be shorted all the time. Otherwise, the parameters will be restored to the default values each time the power is turned on.
